Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll get an email with your tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times

Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after shipping, depending on where you are. Delivery can take a little longer during the holiday rush.

Christmas delivery

Order by December 10 for the best chance of delivery before Christmas.

Customs and duties

Orders to some countries may be charged import duties or taxes. These are paid by the recipient.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days, contact us. We'll sort it out, including a free reshipment or a refund if your parcel is lost.
