Returns & refunds

Not quite right? No problem. You have 30 days from delivery to return your order.

What can be returned

• Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging.
• Face masks and balaclavas are hygiene items, so they can only be returned unworn, with any tags still attached.
• Sale items and gift cards are final sale unless they arrive faulty.

How to start a return

1. Contact us with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
2. We'll reply within 2 business days with the return address and instructions.
3. Please don't send anything back before you hear from us.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or not as ordered.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we've received and checked your return, we'll email you and refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

EU and UK customers

You also have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. This policy does not limit your rights under consumer law.
